Today is day two of the festivities in New Dublin. Yesterday the leprechauns changed the name of the city from New London to New Dublin and today it is Corned Beef and Cabbage served at many of the fine restaurants throughout the city. It alls gears up for the big celebration coming up this weekend with the Grand Parade and festivities. This year the Irish Man is Randy Genske, and Irish Rose is Arlene Birkholz and the Parade Marshalls are Dan and Lovana Rice. The Parade gets underway at 1:00 p.m. and is expected to have about 125 entries and the extensive lineup of bagpipes and marching bands once again this year.
