The Waupaca County News is reporting that the Clintonville School District is investigating allegations of harassment against its new superintendent. The district’s business manager Lynette Edwards filed a petition seeking a restraining order against David Dyb after she felt threatened by him during a meeting last month. Both appeared in Waupaca County Circuit Court last week and Edwards withdrew her petition and the judge dismissed the cate.
“The fact that the litigants case was found not to have reached the burden of proof speaks for itself,” Clintonville School Board President Ben Huber told TCHDailyNews.com.
Dyb was hired by the school board on permanent basis on October 23.
