Shawano County Sheriff’s Department has identified the driver of a vehicle who was killed after striking a minivan while traveling the wrong way down Highway 29 as 39-year old Brian Bishop of Bonduel. No other information has been released at this time as the investigation continues.
Three people were killed, including two children during a head-on collision Friday night on State Highway 29 near County Trunk T. The Wisconsin State Patrol says a mini-van carrying six people was struck by a vehicle traveling the wrong way, killing a 9-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. The four others sustained serious injuries. Police say Brian Bishop, was driving eastbound and was also killed. The westbound mini-van was being driven by a 34-year-old woman from Manitowoc. She was one four that sustained serious injuries. No victims are being identified, as the accident is under investigation.
