The Outagamie County Land Conservation Committee will look into drafting a new resolution which would take a stance on the controversial creation of an open-pit sulfide mine, located on the Wisconsin-Michigan border. The committee had drafted a resolution in July, but had it withdrawn after they learned more about the project. Talk of a new resolution could begin again, but the details of what the resolution would entail have not been released.
