A judge orders a two-thousand dollar bond for a Manitowoc man for a weekend incident in which he allegedly threatened people while naked, and was accidentally burned while being arrested. Thirty-three year old Travis Tingler was already wanted on a warrant from nearby Two Rivers for two time drunk driving, and driving after his license was revoked. In the latest incident, police say he confronted people while nude and holding a knife near a Manitowoc intersection, and as officers subdued him with a Taser stun gun, a probe touched his cigarette holder and he was burned on his chest and facial hair. Tingler is due in court tomorrow (Wednesday) on the traffic case. An initial appearance is set for next Monday on possible charges of resisting arrest with battery to a police officer, disorderly conduct, and lewd and lascivious behavior.
