After being accused of multiple drug possession, paraphernalia and stolen property charges in June, two Waupaca County men face additional felony charges of bail jumping after a July traffic stop.
In June, Steven L. Scribner, 47, of the Town of Harrison was charged with possession of stolen property greater than $2,500, possession with intent to deliver more than 3 to 10 grams of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He faces additional charges of felony bail jumping and possession of a controlled substance.
Steven was placed in the back of the squad during a vehicle search on July 7 and when deputies removed him from the squad they found white rocks on the floor that tested positive for heroin.
Jail officers also discovered a small plastic bag in his sock. Steven is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
In June, Jeffrey A. Scribner, 44, of the Town of Harrison had been charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of stolen property of more than $2,500 , possession of THC, felon in possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute counterfeit narcotics.
He faces additional charges of felony bail jumping and possession of narcotics and is in custody on a $5,000 cash bond.
