Henry “Hank” Kralovetz, age 86, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in Shawano. He was born May 11, 1931 in Pound to the late Henry and Lorraine (Kollath) Kralovetz. He went to school in Coleman and Oconto Falls where he also played football. After graduation he served in the United States Army in Germany. Henry was united in marriage to Audrey Johnson in Green Valley. He was a cheesemaker at Hermanfort, operated the Shawano Marina, owned the Harborlight Supper Club, and also worked for Hwy 29 Auto sales until retirement. He was an avid Packer fan.
Henry is survived by his siblings; Darrel “Toby (Jean) Kralovetz of Shawano, James Kralovetz of Crivitz, Jane Vanlannon of Florida, Ila Mae Mullen of Appleton and Daniel (Mary Beth) Kralovetz of Cecil; granddaughter Amanda, further survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife Audrey; son Gregory and two sisters, Marilyn Berna and Lois Stataks.
Service with military honors conducted by the Shawano AMVETS post #10 will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano, with Rev. Lorretta Waegli officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for Henry has been established in his name.
