The New London Police Department responded to the scene of a two vehicle accident on Highway 54 in New London. A 1930 Chevrolet was rear ended by a 2002 Dodge Stratus as both vehicles were traveling westbound on Highway 54. The 1930 Chevrolet ended up rolling over in a ditch, and two occupants were ejected and taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. The driver of the classic car was a 66-year-old Hortonville man, and the passenger was a 68-year-old Appleton man. The two were on their way to the Iola Car Show, according to authorities. The driver of the Stratus, a 38-year-old Green Bay man was not injured.
New London Police Chief Jeffrey Schlueter said no citations were issued as of yet as the incident remains under investigation.
