The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department announced the arrests of five individuals related to a recent investigation into a number of burglary and theft complaints.
During the investigation, the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at E1593 Fisher Road in Iola. As a result, authorities discovered numerous items of stolen property, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Jeffrey A. Scribner, 44, of the Town of Harrison was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of stolen property of more than $2,500 , possession of THC, felon in possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute counterfeit narcotics.
Steven L. Scribner, 47, of the Town of Harrison was charged with possession of stolen property greater than $2,500, possession with intent to deliver more than 3 to 10 grams of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of TCH and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel J. Scribner, 52, of the Town of Harrison was charged with possession of stolen property, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arthur D. Stickles, 55, of the Town of Harrison was charged with delivery of oxycodone, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Judy A. Rahoi, 58, of the Town of Harrison was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a press release, Waupaca County Sheriff Brad Hardel states that the investigation is still ongoing and more charges are expected.
A total of eight agencies assisted the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office.
