Two people from Cecil are accused of running a drug trafficking place and possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.
Authorities found over 35 grams of marijuana, along with various drug paraphernalia and a handgun after they executed a warrant at the residence of 53-year-old Bradley W. Sexton and 52-year-old Terri L. Singletary.
At the time of the arrest, the two were both out on signature bonds after being arrested previously in September. Both could receive 3 ½ years in prison with a maximum fine of $10,000 for each felony charge against them.
Bowler Man Pleads Not Guilty to Battery, Intimidation
Prosecutors say that 51-year-old Scott J. Doxtator punched and attempted to strangle an 81-year-old man in the town of Bartelme on in May and then allegedly threatened the man in an attempt to keep him from reporting the assault.
Doxtator is being held on a $10,000 cash bond and could receive a maximum of 10 years in prison, along with a $25,000 fine for felony intimidation of a victim, and a maximum of six years and a $10,000 fine for aggravated battery of an elderly person.
He’s scheduled for a pre-trial conference on Thursday.
