A Bonduel man who was taken into custody after allegedly making a shooting threat towards a student at Bonduel High School, was in court on Monday.
Damonick S. Foral, 18, was charged with two felony counts of making a terrorist threat and threatening a member of law enforcement.
According to police reports, a text message was allegedly sent from Foral to a current student at Bonduel High School, stating his intent to come to the school and shoot another student. The report also states the situation involved an estranged relationship.
Police investigations revealed that the text messages allegedly explained the intent to shoot another individual, and even shoot any officer that got in the way.
The criminal complaint indicate that when Foral was questioned, he indicated that he was not serious, and did not even own or have access to a gun.
According to court records, Foral has past convictions. He was ordered to be held on a $7,500 bond.
