Previous vendors at the Clintonville Farmers Market will be seeing a price reduction in obtaining a permit for this year.
“We are recommending, after surveys were handed out to a number of the vendors, to remain at $50 for a seasonal fee, however, repeat vendors that have been here before would actually be getting in at $40,” said Clintonville Alderperson Steve Kettenhoven.
The same vendor discount would apply to those applying for a seasonal permit by May 1.
A similar reduction will pertain to the weekly fee of $10, which would drop to $5 for returning vendors, as well as those applying by May 1.
The resolution was passed unanimously by the Clintonville Common Council on Tuesday.
