The Wisconsin Professional Police Association has filed a formal complaint against Hortonville Police Chief Michael Sullivan, alleging he hasn’t changed the behavior which resulted in his suspension. The association is acting on behalf of Hortonville police officers. Chief Sullivan had been suspended for two weeks for misconduct. He was accused of violating department employee rights, making discriminatory comments against women and minorities, and lying during an investigation. The W-P-P-A has requested the U-S Attorney’s office conduct an investigation in other allegations against the chief.
