The second teen that helped spike a teacher’s drink with cleaning solution was sentenced on Wednesday. Gavin Gilbertson will spend two weeks in jail and a two-year probation sentence, according to court officials.
In addition, Gilbertson must also complete 32 hours of community service, while maintaining full-time employment or schooling.
The other convicted teen in the case was Hailey Brock, who was placed on probation for two years. She also served a two-week jail sentence, and as a condition of her bond, was required to serve 32 hours of community service, while maintaining full-time employment or schooling.
In the complaint, Brock admitted to putting cleaning solution in a Gillett High School teacher’s drink.
If both successfully complete their probation terms, they can have the conviction removed from their records.
